You won’t have to pay customs duty on your camping gear. You just need to attend to small details like green card for your vehicle insurance, ensure you have over 6 months left on your passport & you cannot now stay in the EU for more than 90 days consecutively. You cannot take any milk or dairy products with you from the UK. Stick a GB sticker on your vehicle.
Make sure you & all your party have current EHIC cards or get new GHIC cards. For Spain if you have bikes on a rear bike rack you need a correct warning marker board.
While the UK is supposed to be allowing foreign holidays from May 17 you will need to check the countries you are visiting will let you in. Also if Covid tests are required out & back for all your party costs could spiral & you may all need to be vaccinated. Right now there is no clue as to whether trips to continental Europe from UK will be possible this summer but we live in hope.
------------- Every day should be a holiday!
