What happens if you arrive back in uk from Spain and it goes red,are you allowed to travel straight home to quarantine with your caravan?

Sorry your question is a little confusing, if you arrive back in the UK and then the country you have came from goes red, well nothing will happen.

If the country you are in goes red when you are there and you can't make it back in time you, upon arrival in the UK, will have to go to a quarantine hotel and your caravan will go to some storage yard.
All of course at great expense to you.

If I were in Spain and it became Red I would cross smartly into France for as long as necessary.
