Good evening and heads up all you covid oracles out there !
We are as comfortable (as anyone can be) with the testing regime for vaccinated travellers, and have identified a source of test to take with us to France for our return test.
My query is, bearing in mind we will be on a caravan site with shared facilities, if our return test should come back positive despite having no symptoms, we will not be able to travel until we have had a negative test, and we should be isolating for ten days before our return. In that case who do we report our potential covid infection to (i can't imagine the campsite will be thrilled), and how do we isolate in France?
Thanks in advance !

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Take some nhs tests with you and test yourselves before going to the official test. Simples.
That doesn’t really answer the question. . Your own tests can be the ones to give you a positive result. The OP was asking what to do then.
Thanks folks, perhaps its only us interested in knowing, but for us the spectre of our return to UK test coming back positive and having to extend our stay on the campsite for 10/14/21 days until a negative result appears, kind of spikes our plans ! Happy holidays wherever you end up spending them.
