We are due to travel to France on Friday, both adults are fully vaccinated but our 16 year old daughter has only had 1st dose, will we be restricted on going to restaurants and other places of interest as she wont have a Vaccine Pass.
I am also trying to find a link to book our antigen tests for returning, is there a website that can do this, or is it best to wait until we are there and book in with a pharmacy that are doing them?
Sorry if these questions have been asked before.
Karen

Your daughter will need testing in UK to enter France and can get a one off test in France to allow entry to special events such as Disney, but it’s not realistic to do that every time you all want go for a meal or go onto a shopping complex. A big problem.
Tests to depart from France can be done at pharmacies in your last 72 hours in France. Use Sante.fr website and click Depistage (testing) Select the departement where you will be at that time and click antigen test - you will get a list of every town in that departement with places doing those tests including pharmacies. Phone one and ask if you need an appointment.
PS. It’s not as bad as I first thought. The requirement for children aged 12 to 17 to have a “pass sanitaire” in France has been deferred until 30 September 2021.

"The health pass is required in places of leisure and culture since July 21. Since August 9, it also concerns access to bars, restaurants, trains, etc.
For 12-17 year olds, an additional period has been granted: it will only be required from September 30. This should greatly facilitate the life of families for the summer holidays."

Children under 18 are considered to have the same vaccination status as their accompanying adult.

But even so, the 16 year old who is not fully vaccinated must have a certified negative test result less than 24 hours before departing from UK to France.

No passes required to enter any large centre commercial Leclerc etc that I have been to. Children under 18 have same vaccine status as parents so presumably will not need any test to enter anywhere their parents can enter with their UK vaccine passes which ime scan ok in France.
I have been in France since June at several campsites very few of which have asked for vac pass. Only other time I was asked was oddly at a Vide grenier aka car boot sale.
The vac pass in France is really no big deal. Businesses want your money not turn you away on a technicality. There is very little enforcement.
The day 2 test to return must be booked before travel back. There are links in other threads on this forum to cheapest providers.
We have been asked for pass to enter Le clerc in Carpentras.
Went into the tourist office in Ebreuil to ask about testing & local pharmacies & a lovely & extremely helpful lady there rang round & booked the tests for us! Very impressed

We swithered about getting the returning tests done at a pharmacy, but when I looked up the pharmacies in the area where I thought we might be 48hrs before leaving, they only offered tests on Tues and Thurs between 1-3pm. And as we are booked to come home on Wed, and the pharmacies will be closed on Sunday, we decided to purchase our tests before we left the UK and take them with us. We now have those tests, plus the 2 day tests to be done after we return.
Hi. We returned from France yesterday with our five children. We ordered the antigen tests from C19 Testing and took them with us. Less stressful than trying to book in to a pharmacy. You do the test yourself and then email a photo of the result. You then get a certificate back within 12 hours. Really simple.

Hi, quick question. What did you do regarding the kids and Passenger locator form for returning? Did you add the children onto your forms? Can you add more than 1 per adult? We are returning tomorrow and it’s last piece of the jigsaw to complete!
Anyone 18 or over must fill out an individual form,17 and under can be included in the adult form provided they are returning to the same address.

Thanks, there was a rumour going around the Brits onsite that you could only add 1 child per adult locator form. I have just done ours and added all 3 kids (16,14,13) to mine with no issues.
