Hi anyone got any useful information on the best data SIM card for France Spain at the moment I use Huawei portable WiFi with a smartly SIM works fine in France but limited to 12g per mth was looking for french SIM card so as to avoid roaming charges thanks in advance

Virgin don't have roaming charges,we used our mobile data in Spain in November no problem.

Be careful which cheap sim you buy we bought one in Spain and then discovered it didn't allow tethering or hot spotting.
Fortunately our smarty sim worked well and only cost £1.00 a gb after our 12 gb limit was up for its add on which would have worked out cheaper than buying a Spanish sim especially one that wouldn't tether

hi any idea what they called the one you got in spain so i know to avoid it if i need to get one in spain

Hi I've got a PAYG sim from 1p mobile, not tried it in France yet but they say that roaming and tethering is allowed. Good coverage UK on EE network and lots of different options i.e. quarterly, yearly or unlimited £36 for 12 months.
