We are due to travel to France, Germany and Austria in May & June this year. My question relates to the EU Passenger Locator Form. We have already completed one for a trip we are due to take to Italy in April whilst staying in a hotel and on the EU form it gives only 2 addresses for completion. Our trip later in the year involves several sites and I am wondering if we need to complete a form for each stopover and of course we are travelling to 3 different countries.
I did ask the Caravan Club for advice and the lady replied that she did not know and several of their members had asked the same question. The other question is what happens if you travel to France with no particular site in mind and are just turning up at sites.
Hope the above makes sense and any experience or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.

Only form we have completed for France in the last 2 years is the declaration of honour to say you haven’t got/been in contact with covid. Going next week & that is all we will do., no other form required

Check your carrier, Tunnel or ferry, they should point you to the most recent paperwork requirements. We didn't have to say where we were going in France (nor did we know exactly) and coming home we gave our home address, but that was last Sept.
I've not seen the EU PLF before - same as the two replies above we've only ever completed the French form (once you're inside Schengen there are no border controls so no need to complete a form for each country). On the French Dd'H form we just write the name of a town in France: we use either our first planned stop, or the furthest point we're aiming for. Passport control usually want to see the form, but they've never questioned us on the contents.
Actually, I just remembered, we did also complete the German online form when we went to Germany in December last year. But that's only because we were staying in a hotel and thought they might ask to see it on check in....they didn't - so we needn't have bothered.
Ok....just had a closer look at the EU PLF website. Its only applicable for France, Italy, Malta & Slovenia, and for France it seems to only be applicable for arrivals via plane. So its probably not relevant to most of us going camping in Europe

Thank you for your responses and it seems that all I have to do is upload our vaccination status and sworn statement to Eurotunnel booking to enter France. Happy days.

returned from France on Monday evening after a 3 day short break and we just had to show vaccination status at the UK airport before jetting off (manchester)
we had the sworn statement but were never asked to show it
In France we didn't have to show anything at immigration apart from passports
