We have to update our credit card on this account but have forgotten our password but struggling with the French site to ask to reset. It doesn’t make any difference which order we put my husband’s name in. Anyone had any success with this?

yes, I had the same problem a year or two back. I emailed them and (eventually) I got a reply. It seems to take some time!

If you load up the website look for the French flag - top right and click to choose english. When you say password do you also mean the login ID??

I had a similar problem. ATMB was not able to send me a link to change password. I used a different email address and immediately the problem was solved.
