I’m desperately trying to get hold of someone at Brittany Ferries to change my email address on a booking I made. I accidentally entered one wrong letter & now I can’t get into the booking as I cannot remember the password & obviously the forgot password option won’t work due to the email being wrong!!
I’ve tried emailing their customer services twice (last time was mid-April) & still no response. Tried numerous times by phone. The last time I was on hold for 50 minutes before being cut off. I’m so frustrated & worried I’ll lose the booking as I need to pay the balance.

You could try e-mailing them at 'existing.bookings at brittanyferries.com' or, if you are on Facebook, send a message via their Facebook page explaining that you need to contact them urgently. That worked for me.

I recently emailed Brittany Ferries and received a reply saying they are replying to emails in about 10days dues to high demand!
I tried their various options (make changes, something else etc) on the phone but like you was on hold for about 50 minutes and gave up.
I then tried the ‘make a new booking ‘ option and only waited about 10 minutes , probably because they are prioritising on new business ie taking more money.
I then just told them I needed to make some changes and they did it immediately.

I contacted BF through twitter explaining your predicament and this is the reply I got back.
Yes we can help via DM on twitter. We will need to know the booking reference number, lead passenger name, postcode and correct email address. We can then look at updating the booking and collecting the payment. Kind regards, Natalie

A quick update to let you know I sent a message on Twitter this morning & received a very prompt reply asking for my booking ref & the correct email address. Once I supplied this they updated the booking immediately and all was resolved.
