Doesn’t show up on mine; checked it with Bison Futé, and with Autoroutes.fr, and nothing there either. I think you’ll be fine.
North of Orleans they are upgrading the autoroute junctions, and there’s a long section with narrow lanes - we were there a fortnight ago.
Incidentally the Autoroutes.fr is the best route finder app I’ve found. It uses the Michelin/Tomtom database, and has a caravan setting for timing predictions (use heavy vehicle > car&caravan)
