I booked our euro tunnel via camping and caravan club. I’m struggling to find how I access and upload or print out the advanced passenger information and covid/health documents. I’ve emailed caravan and camping club, but they take a while to response to their emails, and they seem to be averse to phone calls since covid!
Do any of you lovely people have any experience of how to go about sorting it all out?

I’ve only ever done it on the eurotunnel website where you input the information using your booking reference number. Is that on the confirmation you’ve got from the club?
Sadly not. The euro tunnel web site says that I need the operators (ie caravan and camping clubs) ref and password. I have their ref but no password. I may just have to wait for their reply. We go in two weeks, but I just wanted to be organised so that I can really start to get excited.
Hope you get sorted quickly! The 2 weeks before is when you feel the anticipation building! We’re going out with BF on the 26th & return with Eurotunnel, crossing all my fingers that my lateral flows turn negative by then🤞🤞

Our BF crossing is a credit note from 2020, didn’t fancy a ferry at that point but we have been fortunate to visit France throughout the pandemic without any issues.

We had the same problem back in June. We registered with the Eurotunnel website, then phoned them up directly. They were very helpful and found our booking and sorted our API for us. Good luck.
Oh, that sounds promising. I will Google their number and ring them.
I love the prices of the ccc bookings, however it’s a pain that you can pick up a phone and ring them! Swings and roundabouts I suppose!
We too had a similar problem last September. In the end (after much to-ing and fro-ing and a lot of time spent on hold on the phone to Eurotunnel and the C&MC) Eurotunnel said we would be sent to to their Passenger Reception when we checked in and they would sort the required paperwork then. In the end, we checked in, weren’t sent to the Reception for any extra paperwork even when we mentioned it, and proceeded to go through passport checks, Border Control etc to boarding as usual. Easy to say (as we were quite stressed about it all) but based on our experience I wouldn’t worry too much.
I rang euro tunnel this evening. I was on hold for 7 minutes, not bad considering all the travel problems. They were really helpful, emailed me a link and password, and our API has been completed. We are able to upload our covid documents 72 hrs prior to departure.
