Hi everyone
any recommendations please for a ALL YEAR/SMALL,QUIET caravan site please for the Barcelona area for a few nights just a site to park up and finish my book reading and a few box sets and box of wine

Small, quiet, and all year is not easy to find in Spain. When are you thinking of, because Barcelona area can be cold (with snow) in the winter.

I can only think of the site near the airport, which is anything but small and quiet. Good luck in finding somewhere.

hiya thanks for the reply everyone yeah I know how Spanish sites can be not very quiet and few and far between in the Barcelona area so may look a bit further afield we plan to visit in Feb. 23, luckily i have a 4x4 towing vehicle which should get me out of any problems that may occur with the weather and also the snow chains is a must anyway,, i read some reviews on the site but nothing is jumping out at me at the moment you never know someone somewhere may have a little gem

Many years ago we took a small tent on the plane, went from Barcelona airport through the Pyrenees, plenty of sites, then down the coast, few sites. There are more a bit further south around Sitges, but haven't stayed at any.

Not exactly at Barcelona, but nearer to Girona, I can highly recommend Camping Les Medes, at L'Estartit.

There's a few sites around Benicarlo and Benicassim open all year if you search google. Bit south of Barcelona for you maybe.

Have you tried the Site Search on here? The directory does have Spanish sites & most have at least one review.
