Any recommendations for Spanish sites around Costa Blanca for 2024 if we can get a ferry for february March with dog walks near by or a village.

Any sites recommended now for 2024 could be closed by then (the same applies for 2023 really).
Surely better to ask for site recommendations and hope they're still open when you want to go.

Camping Javea, probably busy though at what will be the end of winter. Great site , been many times, 15-20 minute walk to beach and town
I think any of the sites on the coast in February/March will be busy
