I would like to be able to use the app for our ACSI card this year which we purchased through Vicarious Books. On the card there is a unique number to enter to gain access to the app. However, when I download the app it simply says I cannot access the information as I have not made a purchase. There is no opportunity for me to enter the unique card number. Can anyone help here? What am I doing wrong? We are off this week so want to be able to use it asap. I have emailed ACSI customer services but they say it may be seven days to hear back. I’m not sure how useful the app will be but it would be nice to try it!

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Hi Lizzie, A quick look at the website, and then the app user instructions, shows no way to do what you need to.
As Euror says, give them a call, but would also be speaking to Vicarious as you would likely not be the first with the problem, and they sold you the guide.
Good luck and have a great trip.
I phoned ACSI today. They said I have to purchase the app. I explained I had already bought the book, have a unique number on my card to enter etc. In the end she sent me a link to enter my code into but this necessitates a 3.99 euro cost. Not the f egg nd of the world but annoying nonetheless.
Just to make it more complicated, there are actually 3 Apps! One is dedicated to great small sites but the other 2 are probably where you want to make a choice. The Camping Card ACSI app gives you the prices for the discounted periods, the other is the ACSI Campsites Europe that lists all the sites visited. Here is a link to make it clearer!
