First thing to consider is how many amps it will use. I have a small 3.5 litre 1500 watts which is around 6.5 amps. You may find a Remoska which uses less amps will serve you better.
There are loads of thread on air fryers in the Equipment forum, with many endorsements. I wouldn’t have thought cooking in Europe was much different to cooking in UK?

I can highly recommend the Remoska. Very frugal on electricity and cooks very well indeed.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

If you have an air fryer why would you want to buy a Remoska just for the caravan? Might as well take the air fryer. We used ours over the Easter weekend without any issues and I was cooking for 6 adults.
We've brought a small air-fryer to France with us this time (2 of us). No problems using it on site, for the same sort of stuff we use it for at home (just check how many amps the site's electricity supply is).

Yes definitely - many of the more traditional sites and municipals can be as low as 6amps. We've tripped them with the water heater and the kettle (small camping kettle!) You can sometimes pay more for pitches with 10 or 16 amp EHU
I thought about it when I was spec'ing my van, and decided to stick with an old fashion small electric oven that is placed on a cabbie hole above the 2-burner induction hob, due to counter space in the kitchen being very limited.
I have a small 1.5L one at home and it agrees with me more than the 2 small and 1 large deep fat fryers that I had thrown away since 2008 as I found them PITA to keep clean.
