I've received the following email from LeShuttle:

'Yesterday we sent you an email advertising you could save up to 20%* when booking early for summer 2024.

We would like to apologise for omitting to state this comparison excludes Flexiplus tickets.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

The LeShuttle Team'

The thing is, I've not actually received any email regarding this 20% saving. Has anyone on here been notified about it? Is a discount code required?

I had an email from them before I went on holiday, offering a £20 voucher to spend in the Duty Free, no minimum spend. So we dashed in, and bought a favourite perfume which had already been reduced by 30% to £24, so less £20 is what I paid for it.

No link in the email and it did actually include my name so looks legitimate. Very odd!

If in doubt, tap Forward & check the “from” email address, as that shows the real sender. At least that way you know if it was legitimate or not. (I got a BT email last week, but it was from joebloggs at yahoolike etc)

I received the same email. If you read the small print it says something on the lines of ‘20% saving compared to booking within seven days of departure’. Waste of time. I love the Eurotunnel but the prices are getting ridiculous.
