Does anyone know whether, now that there is new management, whether the site is allowing arrivals after the evening ferry arrival (due in port at 10pm). They used to stay open if you had booked in.
Similarly, are they giving the gate code for early departures i.e. at 6.30am for the 8 am port departure?

Would like an English traveller's answer as well as an answer from the office (if they reply). We've had difficulties with this during the changeover.

Don't hold you breath about getting in there at all! I looked for a pitch for early June and the vacancies were showing fully booked - and not just for June!

The nearby Camping Des Capucines is not accepting bookings as not sure if opening at all in 2024, guess the demand has transferred to Bella Riva!

I looked for other sites reasonably close to Ouestreham, they just aren't there, couple along the coast a bit, one didn't open until July, the other didn't accept tents (we weren't planning on taking the caravan).

Maybe you'll have more luck!

It is best to catch the 8am ferry to Caen then no need to stay near the port. On return catch the afternoon ferry and stay over at Portsmouth.
