A typical caravan 3-way type fridge is rated at 120-140W on mains, that's 0.5-0.6 Amps, and without any heavy surge startup, EHU wont bat an eyelid!
Your separate fridge depending on type is likely to be no higher, but may have a startup surge if a compressor type, but should not be any problem with the EHU either. Both together would be fine too.

Only issue is people forget these things are running in the background and on a thermostat, so if you are also running say an electric kettle or the water heater, EHU may be fine until the fridge(s) thermostat kicks back in, then ping - no power, breaker tripped! Just watch what else you run at the same time, and work on basis of only having around 4-5Amps (1-1.2kW) available for other uses.

If you are going to France best to take low wattage appliances with you like a kettle. Run the Truma on the 900 setting etc. Be careful with high powered hairdryers. I don't think the fridge or outside fridge will cause a problem. You might find this worth a read http://www.davidklyne.co.uk/european_electrics.html

we have a low watt kettle and a gas stove one so we should be well covered for tea!

We have been on plenty of 6 amp pitches, never had an issue with tripping the electrics, although I usually set the limiter on our swift command panel to 6 amps.

We don't use electric kettles, toasters etc though so apart from the battery charger (we also have a solar panel) we only really use the fridge and water heater on electric

Cant believe it was ten years ago when I posted about my EHU Amp Monitor not sure how you do the link thingy, but it can be found in camping equipment.

I now have a 1lt Creade Cordless 500w electric kettle, really good piece of kit, and uses around 2amp, perfect for running on 6 amp campsite outlets, not to mention my home made portable 50ah LiFePO4 power bank.

We've been on sites that claim to have 6A supplies but that's a bit optimistic. We take our electrical appliances out (kettle, toaster etc), when we go to France and generally rely on gas for the fridge, use the old whistling kettle and use the griddle to make toast. We just use the electric for the services and to keep phones topped up.
