The first three sites listed on here for Roscoff are all respectable and close to the port - but it will depend on your date as they are not open all year round .
Overnight at Roscoff port is also a common choice if you want to do that.

You can enter the port at any time but the entrance road and check in lines will be congested until the previous day’s ferry has left - and that time varies from day to day with ferries to Cork as well as Plymouth. The on line timetables or a phone call will help you.

We usually stay at one of the campsites at St Pol de Leon. Both 15 mins drive max to the port.

Ar Kleguer or De Trologot (which I've just realised I forgot to review on return so have just done so).

There is also an aire nearby, facing the sea, but it gets very full.

De Trologot has ‘ferry pitches’ on hard standing outside the barrier but still with use of all the facilities. Nice sea view too.

We quite liked the look of those but were given a pitch inside the barrier, probably as we were there for 2 days.

I was a bit worried about getting out of the barrier in time for the ferry but it was open when we left at about 7.15am in plenty of time for the ferry.
