Camping La Creole in Marseillan Plage is a nice small site but unfortunately, even though the site itself is quiet, it is right in the centre of a bustling holiday town and therefore the noise from the many bars and restaurants can be heard far into the night. If you don't mind this, the site itself is good and has direct access to a lovely sandy beach.
Our favourite Med site is called Au Paradis Des Campeurs. You can find more about it here.
If you are interested in the area around Agde/Vias/Marseillan, we had a nosey around a number of other sites when we were in that area for future reference. The best in the area (which is not saying much) seemed to be La Creole if you wanted direct beach access and Californie Plage in Vias Plage if you want a livlier site. Generally, we have found that the standard of campsite is not as good in this area as in other areas of France, eg not such good toilet facilities etc but really, it depends on what you are looking for.
Neither of the sites I mentioned have any sort of organised entertainment which is why we like them, but most sites on the Med, especially the ones close to the beaches are the all-singing-all-dancing variety, which does not suit everyone. However, with a teenager, maybe this is the sort of thing you are looking for.
The Alan Rogers Guide is pretty accurate about the sites we have seen in this area, I would invest in a copy to get some ideas.
Happy Camping
