Sorry you had to wait so long for a reply. Les Sablons is a very good site. Quiet if you are away from the entrance area where all the noisy things happen. Great camp shops-even the locals use them. Site is on the edge of the beach. Toilet blocks are spotless. Only down side is the time it takes to get anywhere when you venture off site due to the volume of tourists in the area. There are masses of things to see and do in the area

I also requested a brochure from the site and it arrived this morning, havent read it yet, it seems to list all sites in the Argeles area.

We go back in july/august for the 6th time and have met many people who keep going back.It can be a bit noisy but there are quiet areas- there's something for everyone and my youngest son never wants to go anywhere else!

You can get out round the back roads and the mountainous national park the other side of Beziers is well worth a visit.Taking bikes is also well worth it, even for getting round the site!
