Hi

Anyone been to the above campsite in July/August time?  Was it suitable for a beach holiday, and were the waterslides enough to amuse a 10 and 8 year old?

If you did which crossing would you recommend?

Water slides... There were none, and not a fantastic amount for a  8 and 10 year old. We use Portsmouth Caen but we come South Wales.

From Yorkshire, go to hull, get the ferry to Zebrugge, drive to the vendee, easy peasy

Hi Folks,

Mr. Bailey Babes here. aka thelonegroover.

We are looking in the Vendee area for a site with good sized pitches, walking distance to a town, which should have some restaurants, walking distance to a nice beach for 8 & 10 year olds and at lease one water slide or water shoot in the pool area.

As Mrs. BB said we have only found Les Ecuruiles at St Hiliare De Ritz which ticks all our requirements so far.
