been reading up on reverse polarity and really confused can't find the link on french ehu can anyone guide me to find it

There has been very comprenhesive explanations of this in the past.
Type "polarity", in the search engine for the equipment section.

I have travelled throughout Europe, and only needed a reverse polarity lead once.

Better take one just in-case, ask your local caravan dealer or equipment shop. We have a normal blue connector, with a European 2-pin plug attached to connect to the site's supply.

All I can say is that you have been very lucky! We have just returned from France and stayed at 6 campsites in all and from memory at least two had reverse polarity. I find this is not an uncommon ratio.

So what happens if you plug into a reverse polarity connection with a normally wired lead?...what dont work?....I presume it's ok for lighting?

thanks for your help eveyone i e-mailed the site and its up to eu reg got a polarity tester 2 mains leads (one reversed) and continental adaptor better safe than sorry
