Lorna, as I understand it the shops don't sell reversed plugs because of the health & safety issue. The plugs shouldn't be used in the UK and you can't buy them abroad because they are redundant for their users. It's really no more complicated than wiring a plug, you just follow different instructions for 2 of the wires. Even I can do it, and I think electricity is some kind of weird black magic.
