From experience most of the bigger services have kids facilities, i.e. dedicated children areas. The more symbols on the Services sign the bigger they tend to be, there are AIRES (Service areas) roughly every 20Km on the major routes.
Being Service areas though, just remember that there are still lots of cars and trucks about so be careful
