Yes, there's Classique - and others but I don't know the wavebands, you'll just have to search for them. We listen to RFM, Nostalgie, and 107.7 which is the traffic information channel, with some bulletins in English. Almost all the 'pop' channels play a mix of French and English/American music.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

Bleu is another good station. It's regional, so the music varies and you do lose the stations - so you may get Lyon Bleu or Montargis Bleu (don't know if these are real stations, but you get the meaning). If you pick up a good one it's worth sticking with - as you can imagine, mostly Blues music (though not all).
We also like Cherie FM.

When I spent some time in the South of France as an English assistant we all listended to NRJ - http://www.nrj.fr/ - played a lot of current UK/American music as well as French pop, a bit like Kiss or Galaxy over here. Riviera Radio was terrible! We struggled to get decent radio reception in Normandy a couple of years ago but listened to Bleu quite a bit.
This is going back some time, but French pop-rock stars we liked were Pascal Obispo and Garou.
I think it used to be the case that all French radio stations had to play a certain percentage of French language music?
