has anyone visited this rcn site - moulin de la pique.  Waterpark looks great, am going to go last 2 weeks in august, unless anyone advises me not to? Any feedback greatfully accepted!

Hi i was just searching moulin de pique as we are going this aug with 3 kids.age 7,7, and 8.  ive been to rcn sites before so know kind of what to expect , but could you give me any tips for days out or "must see" places. just want to get ideas for a few trips out.

Hill top town of Domme in the evening, absolutely stunning view.

Canoeing, caves, markets, aquarium at Le Bugue. It was very hot when we stayed there, I remember going to Limeuil where the Vezere joins the Dordogne, we all sat in the river, too hot to do anything else. Get some of those slip on water shoes for the river.

Great site - super pool complex.  Check out my review on this site. With kids 7 and 8, the pool will keep them happy most of the time. If you have a small inflatable, you can take it on the small lake.
