hi all.

I am hoping that someone on here can give my brother in law a bit of advice or a recommendation.

The have booked through http://www.chadotel.com/ to stay at Le Domaine de Beaulieu in the Vendee.

They paid the deposit and have had no confirmation etc.  they are also trying hard to get in touch with someone at Chadotel or the site but are not able to speak to anyone.  The balance is due and they are very concerned that they could end up losing a lot of money.

I am not making any suggestions here as to the validity of the company or the site but i would appreciate any comments that you have with using either this company or the site.   I am sure it is all perfectly normal but this has been going on for 2 weeks now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We and 3 of our friends booked last year for Oceano d'Or in Jard Sur Mer, also one of the Chadotel sites,. We were all sent letters of confirmation appx 2 weeks after booking, and the balance was paid upon arrival with credit card.

We also had occasion to ring before we left the UK and never had any trouble phoning the site, There phone number is 00332 51 33 65 08, they may be able to help you contact your site.

The chadotel number we have is 00332 51 33 05 05

They are a genuine company I stayed at the bahamas beach campsite last year which is one of theirs. I have to say they were not helpful with complaints but they do at least exist.
