I wouldn't worry. We've used the Yahoo 10 day forecast on numerous occasions and it's rarely been anywhere near right. A few weeks ago the forecast was for fantastic weather ..... and from the time we arrived it went downhill fast and stayed that way until the day we left! We've also had the opposite ...... dodgy weather forecast and it's been brilliant.
Quite often when rain has been forecast, it's tipped down for 20 minutes and then been beautiful for the rest of the day - so it didn't bother us at all. And when the forecast in France is 'partially cloudy' that seems to mean the odd whisp of cloud every 4 hours whereas in the UK it means you'll be lucky to see the sun! ;-)
To counteract these lousy long range forecasts I signed up for a Met Office texting service which covered major cities - I don't think they do it any more. But we were 50 miles away and the weather was nowhere near what the forecast said.
Weather forecasters? Pah! Might as well look out of the window .... or take an electronic barometer (very cheap now) and get a reasonable daily forecast for where ever you are!!
