Sanguli is across the road from the beack, Cambrils Park is further although only ever passed it, never ben inside but heard it's great too. As far as I can remember it's up quite a steep hill - though I could be wrong. I'm sure someone will be along shortly more able to answer your question. Good luck in your choice.
Came back from Salou in June and spent 10 nights at Camping La Siesta in Salou. We had not been there for years and wanted to see how everything had altered . The site is still very nice and relaxed, bear in mind we always go in the quieter months when the weather is not too hot, and less crowded, they are very freindly at reception and the facilitys still very good, the main advantage of this site is its only about 10mins walk into the centre of Salou for all that as to offer, the beach from the site is about 10mins walk as well. We have looked at the Sanguli and no doubt its facilitys are very good, but at a price, but unfortunatly it seemed that big it reminded us of a large camping town and some of the pitches must be 15min walk just to get to the main entrance to get out, its too far to walk into Salou IMO. Salou is very crowded at times, but after a relaxing day on pitch and sleeping and swimming its nice to go somewhere lively on a night. kiev
Got back from sanguli yesterday after 3 weeks. Both sites owned by same company, sanguli more active if you have older children. Both sites are immaculate, sanguli only 50 yards from beach (entrance to site) but can be 1/2 mile if pitch at top end. Cambrils park you have to walk at least 400 yards and cross the railway line at unprotected spot.
Both sites have websites www.sanguli.es and www.cambrilspark.es which may help. We stayed at Cambrils 4 yrs ago but have been to sanguli for last 3 years (teenage daughter). They are both excellent sites but sanguli is better for older children
Went to Costa Dorada in July this year, the site was La Torre del Sol. The site was one of the best we have been to. We have children of 6 and 8 they loved it, our pitch was right on the edge of the beach excellent facilites, this site is just past Cambrils Park.
Stayed at cambrils park a couple of years ago, couldn't fault it. Only minor observation is that the pitches are quite small and close together. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the facilities are excellent. The owners seem to take security very seriously, they even use number plate recognition technology to control who can get in!

I booked on line for Sanguli with no problems you can even choose your pitch which is great. I didn't get a confirmation at first so I mailed them last week and had reply immediately with my confirmation attached and then funnily enough a copy has arrived through the post today. It was very good service and they are taking 2007 booking now.
