The naturist area is the beach, plus the campsite (there may be more than one of each, I'm not sure) - not the village itself. There are in fact, two villages Cap D'Agde and Grau d'Agde and the town of Agde (confusing, I know). None of them are naturist! The link mentioned above offers a link (Naturisme) which describes a site and the beach facilities.
We're not naturists, so can't help on more details of the sites, or the beach, but we have been to the Agde area many times. It's very busy in the middle of summer - traffic can be horrendous, so if you've a choice of times to visit then early or late season is much better. There are some lovely seaside restaurants in Graud d'Agde, and the fishermen auction their catch when they land. The town of Agde is well worth a visit - especially on market day.
For the Harley enthusiast, above, the area also hosts a very large Harley rally every year at the end of August/start of September. There are thousands of bikers in the area, and some of the parades and ride-pasts are absolutely fantastic (does nothing to help the traffic problems, though). Certainly worth seeing if you're there and like bikes.
