Hi i was wondering if anyone could recommend some sites abroad that are great for kids. mine are 3 and 5. would like something that is not too expensive and that does not have loads of extras that cost a fortune.
Only things that i want are good shower facilities and a pool for kids. they would go mad if not.
willing to travel but too far.

The Castels site " Le Parc de Fierbois " would suit. You don't say where you are travelling from, but it's an easy day's drive from any of the Channel Ports. 21 miles south of Tours in the Loire.

If you can travel outside school holidays. You could use camping cheques to keep the cost down. Take a look at their site below
The 'Castels' group have lots of top-quality campsites with plenty for all age groups. We have chose 'L'Etang de la Breche' in the Loire for this summer as we have a toddler and early teens to cater for. Nice swimming pools with slides, a restaurant for mom & dad. Looks lovely!
