Guys,

Looking to go to either in late May, probably just for four days. Driving with a small tent - any ideas on mountain sites?

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

Mountain sites you could do worse than heading to the saastal valley (www.saastal.ch) and staying somewhere like saas-grund,Fantastic walking thereabouts for all levels and close to Zermatt (www.zermatt.ch) so you can go and look at europes most beautiful mountain the Matterhorn.

Wont be able to do high walks that time of year but theres still plenty to do.

If youre more of a valley man there are many in the rhone valley such as camping Bella tola.

Really depends what you want to do.

Austria is very nice aswell but the real biggies are in the western alps and its a longer/harder drive to Austria.
