Hi Kenny.
We've been here and really enjoyed it. There's the pool of course with it's slide and a small children's play area. If I remember, there's also a pool and games room so that will keep the kids happy. If you like fishing then there's the big carp lake and when I was there, fishermen were pulling fish out one after another.
All the pitches are on grass and there seemed to be plenty of room per pitch. Chances are, there's a C&CC rally going on so there's quite a lot of Brits there. There's a bar there altho we never used it and you can order you bread in the bar for the following day.
The sites on the edge of the town, there's a couple of supermarkets and also a weekly outdoor market. It's a proper French town, lots of colourful flowers and everything is at an easy pace, we loved it.
If your interested in the D Day beaches then Utah beach is fairly close.
I reckon you've choosen well. It's somewhere that we will return to one day.
