Hi

We have provisionally booked a pitch for end july with the site by phone and e mail. We did this in October and They said they would contact us in the new year so that we could officially book our pitch. We can'y get any reply by either e mail or phone now...anyone else had any joy?

Don't forget that French sites have a relatively short season compared to UK sites so its likely that there is no one on the actual campsite at present. You may have to wait until Easter as this seems to be the time a lot of French sites open.

Hi Nea,

We are going to Domaine de la Foret in August and booked through Select Sites back in November. It took several weeks for Select Sites to be able to confirm the booking as this site was so slow to renew their contract and last time I looked at the Domaine de la Foret website they were still showing 2006 prices! Maybe they are just a bit laid back at this time of year and as said above they will swing into gear in a month or so. Try not to worry.

We have booked to go here in August. We did all the initial contact via e-mail early in January, but then had to prompt them to send the booking form earlier this month. They did this a couple of weeks ago by e-mail and we've returned it with the deposit.

They have generally been very prompt replying to our e-mails, usually the next day.....I suggest you just keep trying. Good luck.
