We stayed for a few days last August at Camping Rosendael through Camping Cheques http://www.campingcheque.co.uk/en/

The site accept Camping Cheques all year round so the price was very good.

Although the access to the site could be difficult for large outfits it is well located for Brugges, Ghent and Brussels.

Facilities are very clean and the village is an easy walk for shops restauarants etc.

We have also stayed here and would agree that it is a nice campsite. Gent is also very attractive and can be reached by bus which stops near the site entrance.

Blaarmeersen is on a lakeside / recreation area as well, and you can also get that bus to the railway station and have a trip to - Brugge, Antwerp Brussels
'tis a great spot

Hi All

Thanks for all the replies I am spoiled for choice, Blaarmeerson looks a good location so I will try that one. I just need to find it on the map.

Thanks again

We stayed at Bredene which is about 5 miles along the coast from Ostend, about 20 miles from Brugge.  It is camping paradise with loads of sites.  We stayed at Warande and enjoyed it so much that we are going back again this year.  If you contact the tourist office at www.bredene.be they can give you lots of info on campsites.
