We have just purchased a issabella loggia 400 sun canopy. Just a bit confused re the fixon does it need to be stepped to fit the awning rail. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't understand what you mean by stepped. The canopy just slides through the awning rail on the caravan and you tension it with the poles and guys. There are several videos showing how to erect the canopy.
