It appears to be a Truma Combi heater unit, but can't tell from photo which variant.
The Combi heaters have a degree of error self diagnosis, which display error codes on the control panel - those codes can save a lot of guesswork!
May not be directing you to correct code listing, as variation between variants, but this is typical of info available: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2538534/Truma-Combi.html?page=9#manual
There can be some less than obvious causes of heaters not working, one being low leisure battery voltage, as the controls and fan are 12v powered, even if heating is set to 240v mains!
One fairly standard fault finding technique is to try the unit on the alternative Gas or Electric heat source! If it works OK, that eliminates a number of potential system faults.
