I'm not familiar with your particular van, but all caravans have a lot in common.
Firstly, read the user manual to familiarise yourself with all the various controls!
No user manual! - many are available to download from the internet, either for free, or a small fee. Don't be too fussed about finding your specific model, the manuals generally cover all models for a given year. Manuals also often don't vary from year to year, so a nearby year may suffice, so long as no major upgrades between years.
After connecting the EHU cable, have you ensured the breaker(s) on the EHU bollard is set/reset to 'ON'. Many default to OFF on disconnecting the cable (previous user!). Some EHU bollards also require the connector to be rotated to act as a switch! - follow instructions on the bollard.
In the caravan (only after ensuring the EHU Bollard breaker is ON), have you ensured the MCB's and ELCB/RCD are all switched ON? Some stay switched on when power removed (EHU cable unplugged), some automatically default to off.
