Worried weight of water cause awning to collapse. Have tried tightening all poles
Not here all time so large amount of water accumulates. Senior campers. ASAP help please

all you can do is repeg it out so its very taught, after lowering the leg in that corner to allow water to run off

You have to adjust it so roof is sloping to allow rain to run off as it falls. Once it gathers it will weigh the roof down creating the swimming pool.

We had this last year in torrential rain. Tried the retensioning with the tool, and while it did make some difference a pool still formed. We bought 2 more roof poles for this year, will see what result we get if the heavens open like last year.

We had similar on the awning of our folding camper years ago after a thunderstorm during the night in France. It just looked like a 5 year old had been cradled in the roof. Retentioning didn't actually help much so I bought an axtra pole to reinforce that area between pole sections, it never reoccurred.
