Log in, go to home on the upper right then on the left you will see my bookings.

They should have sent you a confirmation email at the time of the booking and if you print that you should be ok. This has happened before and they still had the bookings backed up so hopefully you should have no problems.

Log into your MY CLUB account and then click MY BOOKINGS.

Yep mine are not there either!
Hope they get it sorted soon! Luckily I also kept the confirmation email.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013

Whilst at Southport today we booked a stay on CC site from it's office. Warden gave me CC's booking number. So previous bookings must be "around" somewhere....
