Hi Jeepster, ours has 2 fixed single beds, don't know if that interests you at all, but it's bigger than 23ft and twin axle. We got a good price on it, 2007 year.
Have a look at the Adria Adora's, they have two lovely models that i've seen. One with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double, the one i really like but its a tad heavy at 1700kgs. The other one has an island bed and a good size. We have also looked at the Hymer with fixed side bed and they also do one with twin beds and bathroom behind (not seen that one though but really wnat to see one). They also weigh 1700kgs but are the best vans i've seen.
Think we will have to go to NEC in October, we're not in a rush to change vans just yet so have plenty of time to look at them all.
Wish you lots of happy 'looking' and hope you find what you want!
I have a bailey senator indiana 1500kg fixed bed lovely van, there is a lovely open space kitchen and living area would not swop it for any other caravan

Hi jeepster, we are selling our swift conquorer 630 2004 this year sometime, it has the side fixed bed, end bathroom, full size fridge freezer, and L shaped lounge, only reason being we are having a conservatory built, so thought we would downsize, and save some money. Got to look for a smaller. cheaper model now. Penny
Hi we have a Bailey ranger 620/6 fixed bed, the space is awesome! fantastic living space, with a large kitchen, a bit longer than you said at 26ft twin axle, but a really great van, wouldn't swap it for anything else, its a dream to tow as well with the twin axles
Just bought 2007swift challenger 540 with fixed bed at the rear we didnt like them across the back but its down to taste ,nice and spaceious (think thats how its spelt, well you know what i mean) weight 1500kg overall lenght about 23 ft , havent been out in it yet going this weekend for about three days keep you posted when we get back .
I can heartilly recommend the Bailey Burgundy, it fits nicely into those parameters. Just got ours after much searching.
After you pick a layout that suits your lifestyle etc you need to get in one and find out if it feels right, I think you will know when you've found it.
