Another one of Dale's Bargains lol!, I'm starting to wonder whether there should be a bargain section on here.

Halfords are selling Purpleline Tyvek Covers for £40!, the rrp in store and on the net is £380ish!. These alow the caravan to breathe, keep off uv light, as they are soft they don't scratch the caravan either.

Spec below:

The size you need is EXCLUDING the hitch and the actual external measurements of the longest part of the van, don't go by internal measurements.

My pageant is 19.5 overall, so I chose the 16-18.

If they haven't got your size, ask them to check stock in another store.

Can't find it on the halfords website , can you give me a link to it .

They are not on the website, look in the store if you can, they are by the towing/camping stuff, next to the wastemaster/aquaroll in the 2 stored I visited.. 282756 was the product code for mine. If they don't have any on display, they might be in the back, the can certainly search for other sizes in other stores too, I went to Cardiff for mine, they had 2 left in stock of this size not including mine, and a few of other sizes.

Hi, went to my local Halfords today in Basingstoke, guess what, they only had 2 in the 18-20ft size and had reserved them for someone who lives in Kent!!!  Apparently they are collecting on Tuesday next week. 

The store manager did say that if they were not collected by next Tuesday, then i could then reserve one of the them.  He also said that they would not be getting any more stock in until they have sold the two that they have reserved.

He seems to think that they only have the one size though.

Tried another local Halfords store and they do not stock any Caravan covers.

I guess it is the luck of the draw if you manage to get one of these at this price.

If anyone is having difficulty finding one, use the product code i've listed above, either give it to someone in store or im guessing if you phone them they should be able to use that code as well to let you know if they are in any stores, the code is for the 16-18 size, but they should be able to search for different sizes once they have got an idea for what they are looking for with that code.

I tried the product code on the website, product not  found.  Gave the product number to the person at Halfords, they couldnt find it either,
