Bailey are going all out to make the launch of the Pegasus a real "event" - lots of advertising in the mags, a special website launched on Sept 17th, and a high profile unveiling at the NEC show in October.
But is the Pegasus actually a caravan? Bailey describe it as a "leisure vehicle". Could it actually be the long-rumoured move into motorhomes?

I was wondering if it's going to be a motorhome Viggo, the back cover ad for the Pegasus on the C&CC mag has the words "vehicle & performance" in it. Can't really see why they want to go to making motorhomes when they can already sell more caravans than they can make. It'll be interesting to see what Pegasus turns out to be in a couple of weeks.

Don't bite Draig, they're only having winding up. If I had a product made by a now bankrupt company or the swift group I'd wind Bailey owners up too, lol.
oh dear i have got the bailey massive wound up if Fleetwood had stayed in british hands they would never have gone bust and would still be about with Coachman and other premium brands
anyway this new bailey is going to be a motorhome, transit baased and a ranger interior

If Fleetwood were that good and a well run company why did they allow themselves to be bought out by Adria
probably the same way lunar ended up in french hands for a while before being bought back. I admit the build under adria was crap at times but the later heritage models were class
when was the last time you saw someone on here ask about a 98 bailey or a 94. plenty of mid 90's fleetwoods on the road, plenty of guys asking about them. says it all, most 90's baileys are now converted to self build motorhome interious while the bodies are used in banger racing. folks i am a bit bevvied btw
