Looks OK, but some sites require the van to be parked with the drawbar facing out so if pitched on the edge of a site it would mean no forward view when sitting and door would be at the rear, awning position if one is available?
Well, at least you can't say that the door is on the wrong side even if it is a German LMC. Looks very pretty but the idea is by no means new. CI produced the Sprite Cadet back in the 60s, this was a small 2 berth lightweight with rear door which bobbed along quite happily behind a Mini.............Mick
It looks interesting from the outside, but things I wouldn't be keen on - the sloping roof for example. Wouldn't be big enought for us anyway. My best comment would be 'interesting'.
It did'nt cost 27,000€ in Germany, a couple of German dealers have them new for 16,900€ & 1 is reduced to 11,190€ which even at today's poor exchange rate is about the same as the year old one in the ad.
Now that I like, it's right up our street. When the time comes to change van I would definitely have a look at one of those.
Re the door/awning at the back, that is the layout we currently have and it has never been a problem for us in the two and a half years we have had the van. As our van is quite small, even once the full awning is on it still isn't as long as many vans. Sitting outside at the rear of the van can be quite nice, we have had some stunning views from there. It all depends on how the pitches are laid out on site. But I think I would miss not having the window at the front.

I must admit gemma, when I first saw it, it did remind me of your van and I thought you would like it.
