When we were at the NEC Caravan Show in October, there was a stand selling an environmentally friendly toilet chemical. Instead of having the usual blue and pink, you only need this one bottle.
I cannot remember the product. Does anyone know what it is called???
do not know what that one is called but we use products from www.isabisleisure.co.uk They are still the two formula method but are both enviromental friendly. The bottom tank is in block form so no messy hands (and smells sweet) the top tank comes in an easy measure bottle. We have had no probs at all with either. Speak to Lisa at Isabis she is very helpful.

I have been on sites in Scotland where it is the only chemical allowed to be used in your toilets.
I tried Top and Tail and didn't like it at all for the waste tank. Fine when fresh and 'unused' but soon becomes very unpleasant once in use. Other people here think different I know but I have reverted to Thetford.
I think the bags are fantastic instead of using the liquid and are available in the blue and green variety, the green being the environmentally friendly version. Used to use the bloo loo blocks used in the cistern in houses in the flush in my old van, ne one runs off the aquaroll so can't use anything in the water so now use the toilet duck discs.
If you use a caravan site that is on say a country estate and therefore the sewage system goes into the estate's system, then you could find yourself in a situation where you have to use a toilet chemical specified by the warden of the said site.
This happened to us and the chemical insisted upon was Top & Tail. We have been using this since then and have never had any problems with it. Including using it through the winter months when the van becomes my Howf in the workshop and the toilet can go for many weeks between emptying.
We tried one-chem and we have gone back to thetford. I had nothing but bother with black bits in the flush.
I like the advert on the link on Alans post, it says 'completly safe' and then in the next section theres a warning cross with IRRITANT written and all the precautions to take lol.

I totally agree found it had a very unpleasant smell. threw it out.
i use zoflora in my top tank and have a disc in the toilet itself, for the bottom tank still use thetfords blue stuff, but i love the smell of zoflora and it lasts for ages.
