It just pushes onto the outlet. There are 2 standard widths of pipe in use, sorry I cannot say which one you will need but someone will be along shortly who will know.

It will either be 3/4" or 28mm diameter, the waste pipe is a push fit but make sure you use a jubilee clip to hold it on

Consider using the smooth bore flexible pipe (garden centres/fish pond suppliers) rather than the ridged stuff. The latter holds bits of food and grease and starts to pong after a while. I replaced as much as possible with rigid pie (28.5mm)

I can't see where on the outside you could get a jubilee clip to fit
The pipe just pushes in
I use domestic 32mm plastic waste on the current caravan outlets and that just pushes in

I've had that aquaroll since it was a raw molding from the factory in 1979 as I knew someone who tested drums
The tyres are high pressure piping and at 31 years old ready for a retread
It is the old type with the smaller neck so no danger of getting a modern pump inside and mixing the fresh water up![](https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/chatter/forum_images/smiley11.gif)
I only need to carry one handle and do an emptying and filling trip in one go with the handle swapped over to the fresh water container for the return![](https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/chatter/forum_images/smiley4.gif)

Hi Michael
I had mine like that at first but found the 32mm pipe is a push fit into the van socket
The long length is useful on a sloping pitch![](https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/chatter/forum_images/smiley4.gif)
If you notice on the pic I have a spare socket and this is piped to the rear of the van in 32mm pipe so that I can connect the side outlet to the rear one when the canopy(shed) is up on long holidays or if a grid is available to the van rear

on our last trip, when I let the washing up water out, it all came back up into the shower. It seemed as though the waste pipe wasn't big enough i guess - would that sound right or might there be another reason why it backed up? The waste container was certainly not full.
