First make sure you have turned the gas on, set the power to high and press the ignition till the little pilot light lights, then keep your finger pressed in on the ignition for about 20 seconds, if you let it go straight away it will go out.

Turn the main switch to the flame symbol, then turn the other dial off, push it in and turn it round to about half way or more while keeping it pressed in,after a few seconds click the piezo and keep the button depressed, then check through the spy glass in bottom left of fridge for a flame,if it hasn't lit keep the nob pressed in and press the piezo ignitor again. When you have a flame keep the nob pressed for about 20 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and release the nob. The flame should stay lit and thats it. I usually check back after 15 mins or so to make sure it's still alight.
There are a couple of different types. My parents have one with an electronic igniter. Mine's a piezo ignitor, but the principle is the same. I'm sure if you get stuck on site, a neighbour would be more than happy to show you. I certainly would if you were pitched by me.
How I used to light mine was to turn the gas on then press & hold the knob down while turning it to the full position. Keeping the gas knob pressed down press the piezo ignition button. Sometimes it took a few presses of the ignition till it lit. When mine lit I continued to hold the button down for at least 15 to 20 seconds before releasing it.
It can take ages for the gas to get through as it's only a tiny hole and it has to come right along the pipes. Try lighting the cooker first to get the gas a bit closer.
Hi fallenangel when we were shown how to light ours on my earlier post, the one thing the salesman said to us, was make sure you turn the gas on at the furthest away point, possibly the gas cooker and light all the burners to get rid of any air trapped in the pipes. It took a little while but it worked. Hope that will help you.
thanks Brian were only camping 30 minets away for 2 nights just to see how everything is before we do 2 weeks in scotland and to make sure i can sleep on the beds so it will give us chance to sort things and hopefully get the fridge going

You need the number - usually on the inside on a sticker somewhere, if you can't find that, just stick with the details you have and go thru the questions bit... click on the link at the bottom of the page to start.
Eta: don't forget to turn the gas stop on before you start, there are two gas taps, one which feed the whole caravan from the gas bottle and should be a separate one to the gas fridge which will be somewhere near to the fridge hopefully!
