Every time I have been down that area, there is a distinct lack of roadside mobile greasy spoons in the larger lay byes

Anyone care to stop and start selling hot filled roles tea and coffee, could help subsidies the holls

Tesco car parks are leased to a car parking company and that company regulates its use. You may get a ticket for parking over two bays with your caravan. There are decent legal arguments you can use to avoid paying any charges but life is a lot simpler avoiding Tesco with a caravan and an argument with a rather keen car park management company

Personally I would use Adsa at Cribbs Causeway near Bristol

Used to overnight there with an artic lorry and never had any problems.  Fuel is 24 hrs and if you happen to be to early for Tesco, there is a maccy D's next door.

Failing that, head on down to Oakhampton To Sourton.  There is a little portacabin type cafe there called Woodys.  A little bit pricey though. plenty of parking,

Finally, just on the Cornwall side of Launceston (callington turn off) there is a BP garage with a "Subway" . Again, plenty of parking as trucks use it as an overnight stop.

Someone mentioned Belstone (the services before Sourton) AFAIR the diner is a "Little chef" type place (if not an actual little chef) priced accordingly.

How far down to Cornwall are you coming because there is another place I would reccommend but that is just past Bodmin
