I've used all the Fenwicks things (neat and diluted) to try and get rid of the marks on the van - plus lots of elbow grease but still to no avail.
A few years back I used something neat to clean the van but soon ran out and I don't know what it was (though a think it was black streak remover from Fenwicks)
Anyone got any ideas on what else would possibly bring it back to looking good (and matching)
Have cleaned it again a couple of times since but it's still a bit like that down the side panel
We've had it since about 1999/2000 but only used it for the first 2 or 3 years and it's been sat there since. It's all ready to go to Cornwall this summer now.
I know the marks won't affect it's use but i want to try and make it look a bit nicer next to all those big new white ones (not really, it's wind and water tight and will do what is needed of it)
I had an abi monza years ago and was in a very sorry state, full of back streaks 'Astonish paste rubbed on and polished off. It came up like new with modrate effort. Try it. It works.
------------- live for today as tomorrow ma never come.
What about silky, I use that on my caravan. I don't rate fenwicks at all, way too much hard work.
Do like the idea of a purple caravan though....

I have found that liquid sugar soap(it has to be liquid not the powder) available from decorating shops is great at cleaning collected muck and marks. You will need to use a car wax polish after to bring back the shine though!
PS I thought purple was out this season, Tiger stripes are in!!!
