What is your price range? If you want cheap as chips go for an 80s ABI off ebay, Monza or Marauder or a small Adria of similar age as mentioned. I doubt my Monza weighs 650kg loaded. If you want to spend more get a Freedom or an Eriba but they are smaller.
Modern caravans are higher spec so I doubt something newer of a reasonable size will be light enough.
A few years ago we brought a Kip Caravan 2 berth (Awning ) it was so light our Fiat Uno 1.2 pulled it all the way to blackpool from lincolnshire with ease . But if you want see them online KIP Caravans Leisure Vehicles . I hope this helps you.
Why 650kg?? what are you towing with! even my wifes chevy matiz 0.8L can tow 775Kg
Your choice of vans will be limited to very small vans and having moved from a Trailer Tent myself I wanted something as big (but then I do have 2 young lads) or bigger.
Cheers
Richard

I also have one! There aren't many second user about - lovely little vans, I love mine to bits! I tow with a 1600 Nissan Almera auto and like phillip says, a joy to tow, very lightweight and extremely stable.
How about going back to the good old days and look at some lightweight 60s and 70s vans? My little 1969 Fisher Holivan only weighs 585kg fully laden (470kg unladen) and I can push it into position on my own!! Thompson Mini Glen is around the same weights a my Holivan.
If you can find a good one (I did!) then you can look forward to some lovely caravanning trips!
